In this video Mike inspects a home in Akron and discovers that the house's downspouts lead to underground drainage pipes. This approach makes for a clean look outside the home but without proper inspection, this hidden drainage could be causing water damage to your home if not maintained. In this video Mike explains that the unknown of underground downspouts is the concern that requires some investigation. If there is a plug or invasive roots blocking the drainage pipes there is no way of knowing without a video scope of the drain.
