We are proud to cover 10 counties in Northeast Ohio, but the home inspections in Lorain County and Cuyahoga are easier to schedule due to their proximity.
Better Quality Home Inspection

We take the time to walk through all areas, turning on water, flushing toilets, opening refrigerators and ovens, inspecting hot water tanks, heaters, crawl spaces.... We take pictures and make notes of every detail - not to be "nit-picky" but to provide a valuable list for the buyer of what they may want to tend to, and how to prioritize it, once they get moved-in and settled. No home is perfect and every house has on-going maintenance. Even new construction homes should get a thorough home inspection.
