Have you ever experienced such a great product or service that it has you coming back time and again? Tri-County Inspections has created a relationship with many returning clients and are happy to come through everytime. The qualified inspectors at Tri-County take pride in being very relatable and offering an easy to understand report of the inspection. Chiefly, they offer a 400 point inspection report with over 200 colored pictures. Undoubtedly, they will explain every detail of this report with you. This returning client found such value in the report, and it therefore made all the difference in moving forward with his home purchase.

When making such a HUGE purchase, you should be able to say with confidence that you know and understand your property in and out. Our inspectors can give you that confidence. They can also perform many valuable tests such as Radon Testing, Lead Testing, and testing for Mold. Above all, these can help bring greater peace of mind that you will not uncover unforeseen problems in the future.

This is our second time using Mike for his services and we highly recommend him and Tri-County Inspections every time. He is thorough, easy to work with, and takes time at the end to go over what he found in his report.
