Tri-County Inspections offers more discounts than any other home inspection company in Cleveland. Discounts range from $25 to $50, not to be combined in excess of $50 off your home inspection and/or additional inspection services such as radon testing, sewer inspections or mold testing.
Home Inspection Discounts Based on Occupation
You may be eligible for a $25 affinity discount if you belong to one of the following professions:
- First Responders: EMT, Fire Fighters and Law Enforcement
- Military (active and veterans)
- Teachers
- Doctors, Nurses and Medical Professionals
We appreciate the service these professions provide and want to show our appreciation for your hard work and dedication.
Additional Home Inspection Discounts
Regardless if your profession qualifies you for an affinity discount, there are additional discounts. All discounts, including email/text and other specials can be combined up to $50.
First Time Home Buyer Discount: $25. All first time home buyers get a $25 discount for their home inspection.
Bundle Discount: Add Radon Testing to a Home Inspection receive $25 off for bundle
