5-Star Google Review of a Home Inspection Done in Cleveland
Cleveland Home Inspection:
As a prospective first time homebuyer, Mike did a great job of guiding us along and describing observations throughout the inspection process. With a very detailed approach, he was able to identify a number of items ranging from minor wear and tear to large considerations.
Leveraging a drone, he was also able to capture a number of aerial views and pictures to easily see the roof and surrounding property. I was very impressed how organized his process was by utilizing an iPad to capture photos and document notes.
We were able to receive our inspection summary in about 24 hours which allowed us to communicate effectively with the sellers.
Overall, I would recommend Mike and Tri-County for anyone considering purchasing a home or prospective property. A very friendly guy, Mike was easy to talk with and provided a wealth of knowledge during our inspection.

Affordable Home Inspections
How do we keep our home inspections so affordable? Why do other home inspectors warn our customers "you'll get what you pay for?" How can we afford to spend the 3 - 4 hours on your inspection, still provide an in-depth inspection report and make a profit? We don't spend thousands on fancy car-wraps, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Realtor lunches and buying leads through Angie's List and Home Advisor. Instead, we keep our inspection prices low by almost eliminating marketing expenses. At Tri-County we rely on our high quality home inspections, detailed reports and affordable prices to be our best advocates. That's another reason our home inspectors work hard to earn your five-star home inspection review. So that we'll get more reviews and more business. Basically, we price our home inspections affordably to encourage more reviews and referrals which will deliver more business without incurring more costs.
