Our Inspector Mike was amazing! He was able to tell us pretty much everything that needed to be fixed with our soon to be home or anything that he recommended be replaced and/or looked at by a professional before closing on our home. Our last inspector wasn’t as attentive so we were prepared to have to come behind the inspector and really look at things with him but not Mike, he was great, he didn’t cut corners or sugar coat anything, he checked every inch of that home inside and out and we are very appreciative for his quality work especially when it came to the report and his attentiveness to the home as a whole. Not to Mention, We were accepted for the home on Monday and we’re lucky enough to find someone that was willing to come in on that Saturday.
