During a walk-through our licensed home inspector will perform a visual walk-through providing verbal commentary on our opinion of the home's condition. There is no report provided.
Radon Inspection
Radon Testing can be done as a stand-alone service or as an add-on to your home inspection. Discounts are applied when adding a Radon Inspection to the Home Inspection. A thorough Radon Inspection Report is provided.
Mold Test Air Samples
Mold Testing can be provided as an add-on service with a full home inspection and includes one control area and 1 room with additional fees for additional rooms. Mold test results and report with Certificate of Mold Analysis are provided.
Septic Flow Test
This inspection is completed with a home inspection, as an add-on, and is limited to the report of the fluorescent dye test. This test or report shall not constitute any guarantee, warranty or representation as to the correct installation, condition or adequacy of the septic system or its future operation.
