OH GOSH, WHERE DO I BEGIN! Mike Vakos is one of the most honest people I've had the pleasure to meet. He is a person of the utmost integrity. This man spent 4 hours doing an inspection for us on a house we are selling. He was so patient with all the questions we had and never once, as cold as it was outside, pushed us or hurried us along. He answered every question politely and in a language we could understand. AND THE REPORT . . . . . SO DETAILED, with pictures, explanations and even "how-to's or Wikipedia type information to understand what something should look like or have included (ie pcs. and parts to furnace, hot water tank, etc.) You don't need to be an electrician or master plumber to understand the mechanicals of your home!
I don't give out many reviews, but you won't be sorry by hiring Mike Vakos and his company. Great results!
