They were recommended by our realtor so we hired them, we had a short window of time to get it done, he came on a Sunday afternoon. The whole experience was awesome! He went through every part of the house after each section he showed us pictures and explained any conditions of concern. Very knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely no complaints. Would not hesitate a minute to hire again or recommend. Well worth the money for a peace of mind.
